My approach: Each story begins with a friendly conversation about the subjects’ challenges, successes, and reflections. The first draft of the profile gets approved by the subject before going to MCNW for a second round of revisions. With final approval, the profile is featured in MCNW’s monthly newsletter, and posted to their website.
