When iovation invited clients to share their success stories, the marketing department received a flood of replies. They commissioned me to interview each client, and compile a case study and related blog post. I suggested that we go beyond the conventional problem-solution-results approach to explore each client's early attempts at resolution, and why they chose iovation. The marketing department repeatedly expressed delight with my results.
Trail of Bits first approached me for help honing their webcopy for their standalone product Javelin. The story of TRUSTID, a caller authentication Software-as-a-Service for enterprises with large contact centers, is as complex as it is promising. After I distilled their value proposition into concise and compelling webcopy, they asked me to write a script for a complementary video. Once CyberScout recognized my familiarity with the information security domain, they commissioned me to write a variety of materials ranging from case studies to white papers, reports to solution sheets. In most cases, they just passed me a project brief and the contact information for the right subject matter expert. My drafts rarely required revisions, allowing CyberScout's marketing team to focus their energy on other priorities.

I drove a continuous cycle of writing and revisions with the Manager of Corporate Communications, the VP of Marketing and Product Management, and a technical writer for several weeks. All of the content was ready for the new site in time to meet the deadline.

Their website's copy needs to ring clear. While redesigning the site, they approached me for help distilling the messaging of their various products for the spectrum of their target audiences; from global brands to solo-creatives.
